Date: 24 March 2027 (Wednesday evening)
Venue: Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur
Format: Gala dinner, awards ceremony, and networking reception
1. Arrival & Networking 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Arrival Red carpet, registration, and coat check.
- Cocktail Reception Welcome drinks and background music (piano or jazz).
- Networking Photo opportunity at a branded backdrop.
2. Opening Segment 8:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- Call to Table Guests move to their seats.
- Welcome Address MC introduces themselves and the purpose of the evening.
- Opening Remarks Keynote speech from the President or Event Secretary.
3. Dinner Service 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Dinner Served Usually, an 8-course round table served meal.
- Intermission / Entertainment Optional light entertainment during dessert.
4. Awards Ceremony — Part 1 9:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Opening Award Category Introduction of the first set of awards.
- Presentation Finalists announced, winner revealed, trophy presentation.
- Acceptance Speech Brief remarks by winners.
5. Intermission 9:30 PM – 9:45 PM
- Break Short break or networking interlude.
6. Awards Ceremony — Part 2 9:45 PM – 10:15 PM
- Top Awards Presentation Key awards (for example, Caregiver of the Year and Top Retirement Senior Living Centre).
- Keynote Award Presentation of the highest honour of the evening.
7. Closing Segment 10:15 PM – 10:30 PM
- Final Remarks Closing thoughts, acknowledgments to sponsors, and gratitude to attendees.
- Group Photo Final photo of winners and leadership on stage.
- Closing Official end of the ceremony; invitation to post-event networking.
8. Post-Event Reception 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Reception Drinks, dessert, and networking.
