MIRM Members & Client Charter
Our pledge to members, clients, and the aging community we serve.
MIRM Institute client charter establishes the clear expectations and mutual responsibilities of both the professional service provider and its institute members and clients. It ensures that all parties are aligned to short, medium and long-term goals, service levels, and performance benchmarks.
We MIRM Institute governing council leadership pledge to strategically plan and execute quality retirement programs, services, products and projects that comply with the requirements of our members and clients as follows:
- Implement at least 80% of the scheduled MIRM Institute retirement programs, services, products and projects annually.
- Ensure that the MIRM Institute leadership Governing Council and Board of Advisors complies with the LAWS OF MALAYSIA ACT 832 SOCIETIES ACT 1966 (Revised—2021) and related governing compliances.
- Conduct the MIRM Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGAM) upholding highest levels of ethical, professional and unbiased practices.
- Produce the annual reports of the MIRM Institute activities promptly and ensure members are accessible to the reports.
- Ensure members complaints are responded toward each complaint and enquiry in less than 24 hours.
- Ensure MIRM Institute membership application approval is verified and official notification responded within 14 working days.
- Ensure all retirement services, programs, products, projects and members activities are processed according to SOSP of the MIRM Institute.
- Implement at least 12 public and members interactive open day visits and guidance sessions annually.
- Ensure MIRM Institute assets, facilities, equipment, tools and office technology systems are fully functional and maintained.
- Record all operational issues duly and execute remedial actions within 24 hours of the matter being identified.
