What is EROP?
The Malaysian Institute of Retirement Management (MIRM) has developed EROP (Electronic Retirees Occupational Profiling) tool to support career adaptability in retirees who return to work. The EROP profiling tool is an online assessment of retiree traits and occupational variables that provide excellent variations of reinventing post-retirement uncertainly times to drive retirement.
Why EROP?
The EROP assessment profile of retirees is meant to support and provide a measurable and concise stand-alone occupational and work competency skills level achieved over the years of pre-retirement occupational designation skills achievement.
The retirees EROP assessment measurement profiling examines the longitudinal change of retiree’s psychological wellbeing for occupational resettlement after retirement and their capability to undertake second career after retirement.
How It Works
Target users: All categories of occupation and designation — Staffs, Officers, Executives, Directors and Leaders including retirees and post retirees.
