Who Should Submit a Proposal for MIRACE 2027?
We encourage proposals from all disciplines, including providers, state agencies, long-term care organizations, business members, educators, consultants, and beyond. By sharing your knowledge and experience with practitioners in senior care, you directly enhance quality of life for Malaysian seniors.
We particularly encourage submissions from cooperative organizations and silver economy professional leaders and practitioners who wish to share developments or insights from their organizations or networks serving the aging community in Malaysia and globally.

Audience Characteristics
Our audience represents all disciplines from independent and multi-facility organizations in both for-profit and not-for-profit spaces. Attendees range from administrators, executive directors, owners, CEO/CFO/COOs, Directors of Admissions, facility leadership, clinical directors, and key decision makers, to direct care staff such as directors of nursing, social workers, and activities directors.
Attendees come from continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice, adult day care, and home health fields, including cooperative sectors, aging communities, financial planners, retirement housing developers, healthcare providers, high-net-worth pre-retirees, NGOs, government agencies, research institutes, caregivers, counsellors, manufacturers, and care service providers.
Characteristics of Successful Presentations
MIRACE 2027 supports presentations that enhance attendee knowledge, skills, or programmes, especially for assisted living, skilled nursing, and community-based healthcare audiences.
Presentations must be educational in nature and may not promote or market a specific business, product, or service.
Selection Process
The MIRACE 2027 Conference Papers and Presenters Committee will review all completed proposals. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. Proposals are evaluated based on:
- Unique and timely content.
- Relevance to MIRACE 2027 key constituents (independent/assisted living, hospice living, skilled nursing, and community-based healthcare providers).
- Practical, actionable, and results-oriented information.
- Current subject matter that is appealing to conference attendees.
- Practical tools that attendees can readily apply.
- A clear, focused, and well-organized proposal.
- Engaging title and session summary with clear topic and objectives (as shown in the conference programme).
- Presenter credentials and experience that are appropriate for the session topic.
- No marketing effort for a product, company, or service.
