Final Paper Submission
Submit your final presentation, paper, panel, or workshop proposal for MIRACE 2027.
Submission Guidelines
- Sessions are 30 minutes in duration, including Q&A if appropriate. Presentations must not exceed this time frame or be significantly shorter.
- Submissions may be individual presentations, group presentations, or panels. Panels should be limited to 3 presenters.
- The primary presenter receives complimentary conference registration, and up to 2 co-presenters receive a reduced registration rate.
- Businesses are encouraged to collaborate or form a panel with providers or clinicians.
- Individuals or groups may submit up to 3 proposals.
- Submitting a proposal does not guarantee selection.
- Selected speakers agree to abide by all submission deadlines for required content.
- Proposals must be free of commercial or promotional content.
- Proposals must be complete upon submission; incomplete proposals will not be reviewed.
- Your submitted proposal will be used as the session description, so clearly state both WHAT you will present and HOW attendees will benefit.
- Include 3–5 learning objectives for the session.
- The conference committee may work with presenters to refine title or session description.
- All proposals must be received no later than 5:00 pm on 23 November 2026.
Submission Format
Include the following in a single document (maximum 750 words):
- Title of your submission (Presentation / Paper / Panel / Workshop)
- All contributors’ names
- Corresponding author’s name and contact details
- Purpose and issue your submission addresses
- Approach or methodology (if applicable)
- Findings or contributions to knowledge/practice
- Relevant references (if applicable)
- Keywords
- If AI tools were used, include a statement of which tools were used, for what purpose, and how outputs were incorporated or modified.
File Naming for Full Paper Submissions
If submitting a full paper alongside your abstract, name the file as:
MIRACE2027 – First Author Name – Submission Type.pdf

At least one presenter or author must register for the conference. Please do not submit if you do not plan to attend.

Honorarium, Speaker Fees & Expenses
To keep registration fees affordable, MIRACE 2027 does not offer honoraria, speaker fees, or reimbursement for travel, lodging, or related costs incurred by presenters.
- Primary presenters receive complimentary full conference registration (valued up to RM 1,200).
- Up to 2 co-presenters may register at a reduced rate of RM 150 per person.
- If a presenter is not attending other sessions or conference events, registration fees can be waived, but no conference badge will be issued (badge required for admission to conference activities).

We are committed to hosting a safe and healthy event with high safety standards for attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff. We ask all participants to support our safety and care culture during the two-day event.
MIRM ensures venue accessibility, clear emergency evacuation pathways, and strict food and environmental hygiene. The organizers also ensure the hotel provides step-free access, on-site first aid, and compliance with local safety standards through on-ground committee checks.
